When can you start? +
I can probably get started today. You’ll definitely get a response today. The signup process is easy. Once you’re subscribed, send me a quick description of what you're looking for, brand assets and I'll take a look at your site, materials and get something pixel perfect within a day. There is no need for a phone call or meetings. After sending over 1,000,000,000 messages in my career, I've got the experience to know what works.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer? +
With a retainer, you get consistent availability, priority support and strategic planning. I'm invested in your long-term success, not just completing tasks. No time spent hiring, onboarding or managing multiple contractors.
Do you send emails for me? +
I’ll help. I won’t send the emails, but I can setup the messages with your email service provider or marketing automation software. It doesn’t matter what you use. Everything will be ready for you or someone on your team to hit send.
Do you offer refunds? +
I don’t. You’ll be getting professionally designed emails specific to you, your brand and your needs. Ultimately I want you to be happy, so I’ll continue making revisions until it’s what you want.
Do you work with all email platforms? +
Email platforms are generally the same under the hood. Whether you're using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Drip, ActiveCampaign, or any other tool, the capabilities are similar across clients. If you have a platform, I can help.
Can I cancel or pause my membership? +
You can use your membership as you want. If you have only a few campaigns throughout the year, you can start and stop as needed. Your subscription is for a month at a time, and can get anything you need within that time frame. If you have everything you need you can cancel.
